At Millington Baptist Church, we believe spiritual growth is both intentional and relational. God is the one who gives the growth, yet He invites us to cultivate the soil of our lives together, rooted in Christ and nurtured in community.

This spiritual formation pathway exists to give us a shared language for discipleship and a clear sense of direction for the journey we are all on. Wherever you find yourself today, newly planted in faith, putting down deeper roots, growing through spiritual practices, maturing in love, or multiplying your life into others, you are welcome to grow with us here.

This pathway is not a ladder to climb or a measure of spiritual worth. It is a roadmap to help you discern your next faithful step and discover the ministries and relationships that support that step. Seasons will overlap. Growth will look different for each person. And at every stage, grace leads the way.

My prayer is that this guide helps you see how God is at work in your life and how our church family is committed to walking with you as we become disciples who make disciples, for the glory of Christ and the good of the world.
